My name is Alyssa Anne Austin. I’m an Actor, Author & Creative Entrepreneur.
Over the last 5+ years, since quitting my corporate job in 2018 to pursue a life of artistry & service, I’ve coached over 400 individuals on everything from Personal Brand Development to Career Coaching to Business Building to Resume Writing and MORE.
There’s nothing I love more than helping other ambitious, hard-working individuals identify their gifts, envision their dreams, and create action-driven plans that move them TOWARDS those dreams.
I believe that there are magical things that happen when you discover and share your unique gifts. And I’ve experienced it myself!
As an Artist, 2023 has been an incredible year for me so far. I’ve worked at 5 esteemed regional theaters as a professional actor, with 2 other contracts waiting in the wings. I actually had to turn down 3 direct offers this year because my schedule was already full(!) All the while running Poised & Professional and getting to coach and work with other motivated professionals on pursuing THEIR dreams.
Suffice it to say, 2019 Alyssa would be Freaking. OUT. at what we’ve been able to achieve in the last 4 years. Because 2019 Alyssa was exactly where YOU are now – SO driven and SO hungry to reach that next level – to breakthrough to what she KNOWS she is capable of (but no one else seems to see yet). Why Am I Doing This Now?
Over the last 4 years, I’ve learned some serious game-changers when it comes to implementing positive success habits and actions that make a BIG difference. These adjustments have had a HUGE impact on what I’ve been able to create and achieve since 2019, and I love sharing these insights with my clients.
However, as I’ve gotten busier with other projects over the last year, I found that my availability for one-on-one coaching has decreased, which is a bummer because it’s what I love to do!
But some thing I love even more than one-on-one coaching is community. I truly believe there’s nothing more powerful than a group of like-minded, ambitious individuals who can support and inspire each other, and provide accountability to action. And more so – the opportunities that those sorts of connections can create are UNMATCHED. I’ve seen the power of networking, connection, and collaboration in my own career, and I have been eager to create a space for others to tap into that.
TL;DR: I have been wanting to create a group like this for a LONG time, but the timing and focus never felt quite right. Well, that time is NOW.

How Does the Mastermind Work? (And What is a “Mastermind” Anyways?)
A mastermind is a mentoring group used to help members solve their individual problems through the power of group inspiration, accountability, and knowledge sharing. In The Radiant Mastermind, you’ll connect with like-minded, ambitious women who (like you!) are seeking to breakthrough to that next level of success and achievement.
I’ll guide and lead all discussions, which will be focused around one specific topic each month (simplicity is KEY!) I’ll kick things off every month with a dedicated exercise related to our monthly focus area. Some of these focus areas include: clarifying your ideal life, creating your perfect morning routine, honing in on your personal promotion strategy, and MORE!
Throughout the rest of the month, we’ll use weekly “office hours” to stay accountable to goals, answer questions and address hurdles, and keep you motivated and leveling UP towards your version of success. You’ll also get some 1:1 time with me each month to talk about specific challenges and opportunities you are dealing with, and strategize for success together.
All exercise sessions, office hours, and coaching calls will be conducted on Zoom, so you can access them from anywhere. And – level of involvement is TOTALLY up to you! If you want to show for office hours every week, great! If you’ve got a lot going on one month and can only show up to your 1:1 session with me, great!
