This customized coaching program is designed to offer YOU ongoing support and build positive momentum in your life & career through consistent action. This unique format allows us to have biweekly 1-on-1 check in calls and weekly goal setting check ins, with the flexibility to address current challenges and future aspirations for your career.

As a “Career Confidence” client, each month you will receive:

• Two 60-minute coaching calls with Alyssa/month (every 2 weeks) to keep you motivated and moving FORWARD in the direction of YOUR version of life AND career success
• Weekly check ins via text, and unlimited email/text access to Alyssa – when you need advice, support, or a kick in the butt! 
• Hands on support with career development materials (e.g. career pathing, “Business Plans” to help you make a case for yourself and your ideas, performance review prep, and more)
• Weekly accountability prompts to keep you moving forward

The rate for this “Career Confidence” ongoing coaching program is $399/month, and will continue for as long as you need support. Cancel anytime (after 2 months… or 22 months! As long you are benefitting from this support and accountability, you have access to this membership. And your rate will never increase – I promise.
